Brilliant tool for use of cooking definitely recommend

I used this ostensibly for pricking holes in pork belly skin, but frankly I could just as well have used the prongs of a fork for all the impact it made. Because I had used it once, I could not return it on hygienic grounds , but that will be yet another gadget lying dormant at the back of a cabinet.

Have to hit the skin really hard to pierce it and so this flattens the meat too much. maybe I just had a rally tough bit of pig belly pork

Easy to use and does an excellent quick job.

Nice and gives great crackling.

Purchased this item after watching Saturday morning kitchen when Ken Wong used one to tenderise pork belly. I had too have one there a must have kitchen aid.
