Don't plan on using the free essential oils. I wound up throwing them out. Terrible smell. But the warmer itself is great.

We just threw out our second one. It works great for a couple months then begins to shut off on its own and eventually stops working. They replaced our first one and hoped it was a fluke, but it stopped working right around the same time, if not sooner, then our first. Mold grows very easily inside and if you get anything wet while cleaning it immediately breaks. It’s a shame because it does look awesome when it’s working properly.

I received this gorgeous essential, oil humidifierI was excited when I got it on June 17, 2023, and after my first use, when I went back to clean it, and add my water in a central Oil to it, I like to never got the lid off, and when I finally was able to get the lid off, there was black liquid in the bottom and the lid had melted some and it was tacky like tar very disappointed so today June 26 I just did a replacement and it will be here June 28 and I am returning this one. Hopefully I will have better luck with my new one.but I am willing to give it another try..

Only lasts about 4 hours. UPDATE: actually, up to 12 hours. Wish I had gotten one with a bigger volume but the flame is too beautiful to give up.

Works fine. Quiet...actually has a relaxing sound (like trickling water). Puts out a good amount of vapor.

It’s beautiful and relaxing. Flames are high n look real. Make sure to fill with water not right at the line as indicated but a little below that or it will turn off. I’m giving it 4 stars bc the water line on the container should have been lower than it is when filled up to the line mine didn’t work. With less water it will run for hours.

This unit started becoming very loud so something was obviously going on it. They sent me a new one, no hassles I just sent the old one back at a UPS drop off and new one was here within 3 days.. they actually send it right away and I had like 3 weeks to return.. so you can't beat that response..

Love the look of the flames. Chill vibes. Nice ambiance. Use any essential oil inside. It came with a tiny bottle of peppermint which was nice, I didn’t know that was in the package. I didn’t read it even though it says it. I just wanted the look of the flames! Easy to set up. The cord doesn’t stay in the back of mine well but if it’s not moving around it’s okay. For that reason 4 stars but I do like it and would buy again.
