I love this product, from the taste to the packaging, it's got it all. Love it.

Tin came without a lid and poorly packaged.
It came promptly, but the tin it came in did not have a lid, and was therefore crushed out of shape. Inside was stuffed a silver bag which was clearly not vacuum sealed, so I’ve no idea how fresh the actually tea is. It feels like it has been home filled and sealed rather than manufacturer filled and sealed. I hope I am wrong about this. But the presentation was not great. Also, not having a lid on the tin means I can’t keep the tea fresh and will have to get a separate jar for it. The tea itself seems fine, but my enjoyment of it is marred by the fact that I’m always uneasy about how, when and where it was packaged and by whom.
