USB Electric Blankets

We gave these as gifts to a few of our relatives. I liked that the material is so soft and offers a nice amount of warmth on its own. These do not heat like you would expect from an electric blanket. They just get a little warm. The only thing I see that needs improvement is adding a pocket on the inside in which you would store your portable battery during use. The inside is just one big pocket so the battery just flops all over when the shawl is moved.

It’s too small to be called a blanket Can’t wrap your shoulders or lay comfortable across your lap. Iit’s more the size and also looks like a standard pillow case.No real heat came off of it.

I typically get really cold in the office, specifically my legs, and this blanket is the best. I love how it has material inside the blanket, so that the wires do not feel like they are directly on my legs with the the blanket being the in between. Warms up enough to keep me happy. Doesn't get hot (good thing), so that means there's no temp controls!

It just.. never gets all that warm. Both off of a wall adapter, nor from a USB battery pack.

I ordered this gift for my great grandmother who spends a lot of time in her rocker watching television. She is always complaining she is cold even with a lap blanket. I thought this would be the perfect gift for her because she could wear it around her shoulders. When it arrived I was pleased at how soft it was, but it was a rather thin material so you could feel the chords that are inside used to heat it up. I have a small lap blanket for myself and was expecting it to be thicker like that one. Overall, it works great, but I would like to see the company improve the quality.

I bought this for a co-worker and she loves it! She said that it gets nice and toasty. She did mention that she wished the heating element covered more area that it does but that she was still very happy with it.

I'm always freezing in my office, and the size of this blanket is perfect to keep it inconspicuously on your lap. When I first got it, I notice the part that heated up was very small compare to the overall blanket size, but it worked reasonably well. The heated portion is about the size of a sheet of paper, (the coils that heat up are even smaller - I measured just 8" x 5") and just floats loosely in the interior of the blanket. After a week or so of use, it started bunching up on one end. A little over four months of use, it has stopped working entirely. The blanket itself is soft, but not substantial enough to work by itself.
