The cup has good thermal qualities it keeps my lemonade cool and my coffee hot (How do it know?). The lid is clear plastic and screws on. It has a slide to seal the opening but no special hole for the straw. I prefer a lid that presses on it is easier to clean. It comes with two stainless steel straws and a key chain. I was surprised by the quality of the key chain. They used the more expensive flat rings.Great gift or gag gift. Not just for lawyers.

The mug itself is well-made and the perfect size for a morning cup of coffee or tea. It's brought a lot of laughs and added a touch of personality to the workspace. This mug is a perfect gift for any lawyer with a sense of humor. Highly recommended!

Got this for my neighbor buddy -- he loves it! A lot of fun. A few different things come in the box, but the cup is the favorite.

This insulated tumbler is exactly as pictured. It has a good weight to it and seems well-made. I ordered it as a gift for my lawyer. Yes, I know lawyers tend to hate lawyer jokes -- but I also know him well enough to know that he'll be drinking from it at backyard barbeques and things like that. If you've got a lawyer with any sense of humor at all -- and especially if you have one that has won a case for you recently -- send him one of these!

Partner liked it so much, she asked to borrow it and take it to work where she is a practicing attorney. It's not for all lawyers, says she, but litigators will especially like it.I collect 20 ounce vacuum cups. They keep warm drinks warm, and cold drinks cold. They are sturdy, virtually indestructible, and useful. If they've got a graphic that will catch even a little bit of attention, I am in. This cup achieved in all categories.But wait, there's more: it also came with a lid, a matching key fob, a stainless steel straw, cleaning brush, and lid. These are basically a commodity item these days; it comes down to what you think about the aesthetics. I knew my partner's eye would be caught by this cup, and so it was. If it appeals to you, have at it; it's a 20 ounce vacuum cup.

Funny gift, not the best quality:This is a great gift for any lawyers in your life - the cup itself is useful for either hot or cold drinks and does retain heat/cold pretty well when in use. The wording on the cup is also very cheeky and a great desk accessory to lighten up attorney offices that can sometimes be a little gloomy. The metal straws are also a nice accessory for the unit, and also work pretty well. While I do like the cup, the problem I have with it is that the lid isn't the highest quality, particularly the seal around the edge of the lid - it does a pretty good job preventing spills, but the fit isn't nearly as smooth as other, more expensive thermos cups I've owned and sort of has this screeching sound when put on and off.Overall, this cup is more for the novelty than anything, and while it's not that great in terms of functionality, it does its job well enough and I would recommend.
