An Improvement over Non-Heated Gloves
I read the reviews from others before I made a purchase. As a typical review, one person wrote, "These gloves heat the BACK of the hand. They DO NOT have heated fingertips. And the temperatures listed are inaccurate. 150 degrees would have your hand sweating, and these gloves do get no where near that hot, even at room temperature." I found this statement to be fairly accurate but if you take into account that if the back of your hand is kept warm the blood flow to your fingers will be warmer.I have Raynaud's so my fingers and toes become sensitive in colder weather. My fingertips often go cold and numb when driving in the winter. I bought these gloves to reduce this problem. In the short time that I have worn these they seem to help some. Like most reviewers I wonder why the heating elements in the gloves don't go down the fingertips. In fact I would Winter Electric Heated Gloves with Rechargeable Li-ion Battery, Waterproof Insulated Heating Driving Gloves, Thermal Arthritic Gloves for Men and Women (7.4V, L) prefer that there was more heat in the fingers than the back of the hand.A word of caution. I have large hands and purchased the large gloves but they are quite tight and it takes a little extra time to put them on. Be sure to measure your hand with a tape measure so that you order the size that will fit you the best. Also be aware that the gloves have a very long cuff that does not necessarily fit over the cuff of a parka.

Great pair of gloves for the money
Keeps my hands warm will not keep my thumbs warm but they are protected from the elements and don't get real cold but is noticable, has three temperature settings, red being the hottest, green being medium and blue the coolest. I ride over 60 miles each way to work on a daily basis and the temperture range runs from the 20's to 40's, I ride around 70-80 mph and start in the green setting for the first half of my ride until I reach the mountain areas and open desert then I turn the heat setting to red, my first night I rode without inner liners and my right pinky knuckle got burned and then next day I had a large blister on my knuckle, so I had a pair of knit gloves that i wear under the gloves and I have not had any issues with getting burned from the high setting. For 70 bucks these are cheaper then heated grips which I cannot find for the particular bike I ride. I highly recommend these, i do not know how long the batteries last but I wear them for about 1 hour and 30 minutes and they keep my hands comfortable not over the top warm by comfortable also for charging there is a red light on the charger that will turn green once the batteries are fully charged so no wondering if batteries are fully charged.

Keeps Hands Much More Comfortable
I wish I had discovered these years ago. I put them to a good test the other morning when I took my dog on our usual 1-mile morning hike in 24 F temps that translated to 12 degrees with wind chill. Normally, my gloved hands would begin to lose feeling and become painfully cold about halfway through the hike. With these gloves on the high setting they remained completely comfortable for the entire hike. There is no user manual, so you will want to check the questions section of the product listing to see an explanation as to how to turn them on, how to tell which heat setting is selected, etc. I also was surprised at how long it took to fully charge them (hours), but I suppose we have just been spoiled by the speed at which our iPhones charge up. They are definitely worth the purchase!

Very happy
So I have use these gloves for a couple of months. All on the same charge. I would assume the charge would last about four hours. The gloves are so well-made and so warm that I rarely turn on the heat element. They are well-made have had zero issues with stitching, charging, or zippers. If you are using these to go snowmobiling they might get a little cold but for anyone else using them on a four wheeler or to snow blow they are a 10 star glove

DON’T do anything heavy duty with these
I bought these for my husband but he beats up on stuff pretty hard. If the gloves had leather outers, it would’ve been it would’ve made a lot more sense for him. So, I wore them myself, albeit a little big (OK a lot big) but they kept my hands nice and toasty. They only warm your hands from the top. So I turned them on a couple minutes before I was going to use them, my hands were already warm and I was perfect while I was snow blowing. I’d buy these again for an event like cross country skiing (in the unlikely chance that I actually do that). But the battery kept cooking the couple hours I was outside. Easy to recharge.

For the price they are OK
Wrote a bad review before. I now found that the battiers turn off if you hold the on button down for a few seconds. So you do not need to take them out of the gloves each time. Only used them one day. The picture shows like they heat the fingers but instructions state only the palm and back of the hand, There is a little heat that reaches the figures, but not much. But for the price they are OK.

Not bad. I've used them about 7 times in the last few weeks. I've found that they work best if you pre heat them before you go outside. Today, when I took my dogs out, it was 22 degrees F. I turned them on before leaving the house and in 3 or 4 minutes they were warm and they did the job. I'll hold the 5th star until I've had them for a few months.

poor design
After 1 year over all I really liked these gloves. I ride my scooter every day and in the winter it gets down to zero. But, this morning my gloves weren't heating up. After closer inspection I noticed the wiring had broken and frayed at the connector. Needless to say after just one year my electric gloves are worthless. This is just a poor design and shouldn't have happened.
