I hoped this watch/fitness monitor would make it easy to track my vitals as well as be a record for exercise goals. I am not a techie so perhaps this is not for me. I cannot set up the unit and make it usable.I will keep trying and perhaps one of my grandchildren can figure it out.

So I got the watch to monitor my glucose levels and it is not even close to my finger prick tester.The rest of the features on the watch work great and is why I am still wearing it.

So I am pretty sure I am NOT actually carrying a glucose level as high as this thing is stating... Other of the readings are similarly off but that was the main reason I got this thing. Just really glad it at least has a nice watch and didn't cost me a fortune. It's also made in China and their app is controlled by them so super sketch on keeping that on my phone. I do not recommend this product.

The layout of the systems is well thought through. However, the system set up instructions are poor and the watch is difficult if not impossible to set up and calibrate. Its a shame but I returned the product for a refund.

Wish! I knew it before ordering the watch. It's not worth it at all if you buy it for monitoring your health. None of it's readings are correct. Probably it runs an algorithm and gives you some random values of your vitals. Readings are not even close to your actual readings.It's nothing but a toy.Whoever thinking to buy it, my advice, don't buy it.

Glucose monitoringThis is one of the best health watchers I have had. I have had many. The blood glucose will not ever display the same as using the actual blood needle prick meter. This is because the actual blood needle test is working off of the blood. All watches, and the Dexcom G6 continuous glucose monitoring systems all work off the interstitial liquid around the cells underneath your skin. This liquid has glucose numbers that are always 15 minutes to 30 minutes delayed from what your actual blood reads. You cannot count on these numbers on your watch being close to your actual blood meter. The only times they match pretty good is when you have been fasting, like all night while you’re sleeping. The blood pressure is also not even close to an actual cuff type. The heart rate, temperature, and O2 levels can be counted as accurate. Like I said it’s the best watch I’ve had for these items and I have had many.

So far I'm happy with it. It has some features that I didn't realize it had before I bought it. Like weather and music control and find phone. There are features that I don't use and can't comment on.

Why spend hundreds of dollars for apple products. This watch is really great and very cost friendly.The watch is comfortable and looks nice.
