Due to menopause, I get leg cramps and have tried so many different brands of Magnesium Glycinate. Normally, the pills are huge. These are small, mini capsules and you take 4 a day. THEY work FABULOUSLY and are easy to swallow.

This seems to help reduce my nighttime leg cramps. I have trouble drinking enough water so that may well be the reason they aren't all gobe.

Very small capsule size. Compared to a lot of others, I estimate these are probably 70% smaller. Very easy to swallow.

Absolutely love how small these capsules are! I had neck surgery several years ago resulting in a screw pressing on my esophagus making it extremely hard to swallow. Bread and pills have been the worst. The last magnesium capsules I had were so big I would choke and eventually throw up. So disgusting and painful. These magnesium capsules are smaller than Lincoln's head on a penny. Super easy to swallow! And I get the same benefits as the giant horse pills. Totally recommend these if you have difficulty swallowing!

Teeny-tiny pills have 100 mg. per pill, which is great because you need to take 5 pills to get what you need daily. I take fewer pills because my diet has many sources of magnesium. Yours probably does as well.
