Absolutely love how small these capsules are! I had neck surgery several years ago resulting in a screw pressing on my esophagus making it extremely hard to swallow. Bread and pills have been the worst. The last magnesium capsules I had were so big I would choke and eventually throw up. So disgusting and painful. These magnesium capsules are smaller than Lincoln's head on a penny. Super easy to swallow! And I get the same benefits as the giant horse pills. Totally recommend these if you have difficulty swallowing!

I like that these are small, not big horse chokers. Doesn’t upset my stomach. It says 4 is recommended but I take 2 at night. I’m hoping it will help me sleep. And maybe it will help my back pain too.

They seem to work when taken on a regular basis. The size is great for those that can’t handle the large pill format. Easy to swallow.

I have a difficult time swallowing pills, these minis are perfect. I was experiencing burning in my feet, difficulty sleeping (even on sleeping meds) They have helped me tremendously with the burning and I am sleeping better. I am definitely purchasing them again. (I take 3 at bedtime, my daily vitamin has magnesium in it)

While I do like that they were able to make the capsules to a size that doesn't cause me to choke. Some of the other magnesium glycinate supplements I've taken are almost horse-size pills. That said, I don't think it's very potent. I struggle with sleep and magnesium glycinate does help (for the most part) in addition for prescribed medications. However, I've been struggling to find ones that doesn't cause me to choke (I have trouble swallowing). So I will say this is quality made and very great that it's very easy to swallow. But unfortunately, I just don't think this is strong enough for me to help as my sleep has been disruptive again.
