I got the marshmellows to make Christmas treats for the 30 kids in my grandsons class. Only dietary exemption they would be for is diabetic. They are not large about the size of shop mellows. There must have been 200 in the bad. I didn't count them but I used 90 for the snow men and that was only half empty.
