Very steep!
So, this ramp has 3 adjustable heights, but not functional if not put at the highest height, which is far too steep for a small dog at highest. If you put it at the lowest level, there is a giant gap because of the bottom legs stick out- makes zero sense. However I made it work flipping it around having to put a log underneath so it could stand up. I have included photos. Also it is very slippery so I had to put a rubber gripper underneath. I tried to see if I would get another one for the couch, as I have stairs, and one dog can still use them, the other has hurt his leg and is just getting so old he can't use them, but because it is so steep- referr to the company pictures, he can't get up it is like a slide and neither can my other dog! This could have gotten five stars had somebody had designed this better.

Excellent product, A very big help for older or injured dogs. Very, very satisfied.
This was a life saver. My pug is 15 and needs help getting up and down from couch. It has 3 positions so it is not step for an older dog to use. It is ready to use right out of the box. Looks like a nice piece of furniture. It is not to long and can be used in the smallest spaces. The carpet like material on the ramp, also has slip resistant material on it (like what is on the bottom of socks). The dogs love it and it does not bother their feet. When going down the ramp, they can go as slow as needed and not slide down. I highly recommend this product. It will not work with really high beds or trucks unless you add to it. But it is perfect for anything else including cars (if needed) It is very light and easy to move around. It is very sturdy and does not move when dogs are using it. Even my younger dog loves it and she is scared of everything. The first day we got it we used treats to get them to use it. I only took a few minutes and they loved it. We had foam stairs before this but my older dog was still having issues using it. Because of the material of the stairs, when going down, it would force her to go fast and slide. This does not do that and allows them to go as slow as possible (I know I repeated this but it truly makes a difference for an older or injured dog/cat.)

Well built ramp at a good price.
We like the way this was designed. It is sturdily built and the adjustable feature is a plus. The only thing you need to keep in mind is when you adjust the ramp to be lower, the legs extend outward towards the front. If you are placing the ramp directly against something that does not allow leeway for those legs, it will create a gap between the top of the ramp and the couch, bed, or whatever it is placed against: couch, bed, etc...

Great adjustable ramp.
Perfect for our dachshunds. Our girl has suffered from IVDD and no jumping on or off the couch for her. She learned quickly.

not a good value.
DO NOT BUY! IT IS A WASTE OF MONEY. WOULD GIVE NO STARS IF POSSIBLE. not very sturdy. the stand does not stay put in the notches. I could have made a better one for a lot less money. Customer service is non-existent. they denied refund request.

Nice design ...... visually
Ok- i was super excited to find a ramp that isnt an ugly brown or black metal contraption. This one is white and has a great look ( hence the one star ) why only one star? so this is a RAMP right? Well I dont know about you , but I thought pet ramp was made to help a pet get up and down from a bed or in and out of a vehicle ... hmmmmm well as nicely made as this ramp is, its useless .Its like asking for a ladder and getting a footstool. I doesnt reach the edge of my bed - and my Jeep? not even close. I have a snall Pomeranian that loves to hang out on my bed- well she cant get up there in her own so I thought ... Stairs? NO they are a nightmare to look at and I can not stand an eyesore . I searched for MODERN WHITE PET STAIRS...well I saw ONE set but it was not easily hidden when not in use - then I saw the Ramp.. GORGEOUS option... but again ... useless as a ramp for anything higher than an ants back .. ok ok maybe not THAT useless .. but its hardly a ramp. There is no height to it all. The people that make these pet stairs and pet ramp do not take into consideration that not everybody has a massive dog and once it gets close to the top they can just make a jump for it. Toy breeds like Darla have no idea what to do at the top because they’re little and do not have the length that larger breeds have . Someone needs to make a ramp that just seamlessly makes it to the top of the bed or seamlessly makes it to the top of the sofa for smaller dogs and elderly cats ( that no longer have the flexibility for “air” travel.

I put a blanket there to cover the whole but it would be better if this was analyzed and constructed so that it ...
It does not fit flush against the couch because the stand is too close to the top. Therefore, there is about a 3 inch gap where my dog could misstep and fall. I put a blanket there to cover the whole but it would be better if this was analyzed and constructed so that it fit against the furniture.

Not good for dachshunds cause it's too steep
This did not work in any way.I have dachshunds and wanted this for the bed. I've a low bed and this is a short ramp so it seemed a perfect fit. But it's way too steep at the highest setting. It had the dogs bracing to get up and down. I tried to lower it but the stand then extends past the back end so it's impossible to make it flush against anything. I couldn't even use it with the couch because of that.Returned it and took months to get my refund minus my paying for the shipping. I'll be sure from now on that I'm direct buying from Amazon instead of a secondary person. Shouldn't have to chase down a refund. If they could make this ramp so the base didn't extend past the back it would have been a good ramp. Just too steep for small dogs.Had good gripping surface and solid adjustment levels. Just couldn't lower and make it flush
