Seeds germinated and grew

These lettuce seeds were a great value and had freshness dates of 1.5 years so are great to use now and through next year. I would estimate they would work well enough beyond that, too, and there are plenty of seeds to use for a long time for home use. Some of the seeds were planted the day these arrived and germinated in 48 hours. I am 7 days out and have planted 12 of the 14 varieties and 10 have emerged. The other 2 were planted a few days later so are probably fine, too. Since there are so many seeds, I over planted and plan to thin them back but it seems nearly all have germinated. The instructions on each package are identical so they do not have instructions and details by each variety but that is fine for me. You can search the internet for individual variety info easily enough.

I’m very pleased with this assortment of lettuce seeds The wide variety of lettuces is what attracted me to this in the first place, as grocery store lettuces are expensive and I like eating the fancy ones. I used several of these in my hydroponic system during the winter months, and successfully planted healthy plants this spring. Germination rate is wonderful, and I now have lots of healthy plants to make salads! A+

I tossed these into a shallow kiddie pool that I'd put some dirt in and now I have fresh lettuce any time I want. They grew great, are low maintenance, taste good, and I'm so happy as a new gardener, to have another garden success. Would recommend.

My whole garden flourished this year, but none of these seeds grew. At all….

Only about 1/2 of the varieties came up. Next year, for the first time, I will start seeds indoors and transplant.
