I bought it for my children, my daughter loved it, but my youngest didn't like the texture, which is very sticky, and unfortunately I had bought more because of him. It really is very good, it helped with his appetite and has probiotics, but unfortunately he didn't like the texture, he prefers those that are like gelatin.
