Not a good buy....was ok initially...
Heavier than expected, probably seems more so as i had a yogabook 10 inches before tha wasnt even as thick as one side of this one...o well...Otherwise this thing gets piping hot for no reason, n stays hot. At those times it wont allow u to log in or access ....it may take 2 to 3 days before it will power on again...a complete waste of funds....trouble is didnt use it often enough in its warranty phase so i didnt find out until just after the return period was up....not a good buy, not even a year n i have to be lokking for a new device.

Great laptop, awful technical support.
Bought the laptop for some work on the go, which it has assisted with greatly. However straight out of the bag when the first system update got installed, it had to roll it back, as it was incompatible. Done so every time I restarted the laptop. Since there was no real need, I have simply put it to sleep most of the time instead of switching off, to avoid the process of update being installed and then reverted. Eventually was doing some work offline, which prompted the laptop to not check for compatibility and simply install the pre-loaded update without resetting afterword. As a result, got a laptop stuck at system repair loop. No normal options of rolling back from an external drive or uninstalling updates work. Repair service couldn't help either, will try to send directly yo Lenovo to have them take a look.

Long battery life.
I have only recently purchased this laptop and very pleased so far.I left it on play on YouTube to see how long the battery would last and I was pleased with the 7 hours with medium light. You would probably receive nine hours plus with normal work.Product built is very good - touch screen is excellent - it comes with excellent connections.Lenovo is a good brand - I bought one several yrs back and I had it for many years as a backup - no complaints.
