Good but confusing a little because values of Resistors is not arranged properly and written by hands

Although each set of resistors have thier value written. The problem is that the values are written by hand. Most of the time that is not the problem, but in these few times where the values are unreadable you might need a multi meter.

I received the box yesterday evening. The description says that the tollerance is 1% however I have just checked various resisitors. The tolerance is more than 1%. Extremely disappointed.
