25 Pieces 10x3mm DIY Multi-Use Refrigerators Magnets with 3MM Hole for Fridge Door Whiteboard Map Round Hole Magnet
B**K
I used these on a project box that mounts to a metal surface.
My search for small, low cost disk magnets with countersunk screw holes found these. The pros:+ Reasonably priced at $8.99 for 25 magnets, with free Amazon shipping.+ Pretty good customer reviews.+ Advertised - 25 pieces per pack.+ Advertised - D, 10mm x H, 3mm with 3mm hole.+ Advertised - corrosion resistant magnets, brushed nickle silver satin material. The cons:- Odd angle on the countersunk hole. I used a #4 flat head machine screw & I had to file down the head to get it below the surface of the magnet!- No county of origin, so I'm going to guess China. ◄ For those that prefer to buy products made in the USA.Closing remarks:▪ I'm not sure if these are neodymium magnets, but they have pretty good holding power for its size.▪ I only needed 2 of these to attach a wiring splice box on our water heater. Now I have lots of spare magnets!▪ Overall, these did the job, so I'm good.Pictures:▪ The first picture shows 2 magnets mounted to the bottom of my project box. The #4 flat head screw heads had to be filed down to get them below the surface of the magnet.▪ The second picture shows the project box attached to the top of our water heater with the 2 magnets.

Broken on Delivery
These magnets are fine and work fine but several were broken on delivery. The finish on them is also very rough and not smooth. I will not purchase these again.

What I was looking for - disc magnet for crafts
I wanted some small magnets to put in crocheted toys. These work!Given the problem of little magnets injuring kids who swallow 2 or more, I needed the magnets to be attachable. These were the best I found so far on Amazon - small enough to not make an enormous bump, hole in the center big enough for a yarn needle to go thru. They’re also finished and shiny so they don’t grunge up my yarn.I wasn’t sold on the countersunk hole before they arrived, but it helps me orient the magnets. It also lets me angle a needle thru them when sewing in place, so now I’m a fan.I deliberately bought slightly thicker magnets for my first efforts figuring they would be less likely to crack apart. If there are others this diameter that are 0.5 to 1 mm thinner, I may try those too.I used 2 magnets when crocheting a (Frozen) Anna doll for my friend’s kid who got the kit but doesn’t crochet. It had a cap that would need unwieldy ties or just fall off otherwise. The pattern calls for a crocheted “hair cap” under the hairdo, so I stitched the 1st magnet between the head and the “hair cap” and the 2nd inside the bonnet cap. It works well and the small standoff actually helps the outer cap clear the bulge from the braids. The stack of magnets also makes a good fidget toy. Split the stack and flip one part over the fingers to reattach the other end.

Read the fine print - don't let the pictures fool you
These magnets are only 10mm in diameter. In the product pictures they appear much bigger in the model's hands. Probably not the same magnets in those shots. As magnets go they seem plenty strong enough to hold a few sheets of paper up on the fridge. I was just expecting larger magnets based on the pictures.

Great Magnet Overall
These are very strong magnets and work beautifully for what I needed them for. I use them to secure substrate on my honeycomb bed for laser cutting/engraving. The size is really nice because I can place at the corners without them getting in the way. Plus, the laser doesn’t hurt them if it passes across them. However, because they are so strong, they tend to slam together from a distance, causing them to chip and break over time. It’s more prominent in the magnets with holes. I’ve still gotten much use out of them, but would buy solid next time.

Fragile and break very easily
These magnets started breaking the moment I took them out of the packaging. They are strong, but extremely fragile. Kind of a bad combo, really. If two magnets got close enough to come together, then almost always one of them would break.

Too weak
Both the magnetic properties and the material is very weak. They couldn't hold up a 14 ounce board with a magnet on each corner, and during installation, 3 of them cracked. Not recommended for any project about holding paper on the refrigerator.

Good little magnets
I read the reviews and went ahead and bought them anyway. The package i received are all the same polarity. The countersunk side attaches to the flat side. This isn't important to me, but it may be important to you. I am using these to hold the body on an RC car that I 3D printed, and they will definitely do that job. They will attract or repel each other from a distance of about 3" and hold with a good amount of force for their size.

Don't buy this product.
For one, the quality is absolute garbage. Literally 2 of them broken out of the box.Second, they're not even remotely close to an even distribution. To use these as a set to hold a box closed, for example, you'd want two that have the countersink hole on opposite poles to match up. Literally 4 to 1 distribution. Not impressed.

Hole too small for ANY screw
Easy to glue on but couldn't find a small enough screw to fit the hole
