Not effective as other brand
I normally buy cascara sagrada from another brand and it would work regularly but it was temporarily unavailable from them. This brand didn't work for me, even after I doubled the dose for a week. I had to get some Miralax instead. Will not buy again

Useless - no cascara in these.
Useless. There is no cascara in these. You may find some action if you take 6 of these. Either the herb is old and lifeless stale or it’s not cascara sagrada. They are a waste of money.
