Nice item, works well. But although it looks like it’s made from some solid material, you might want to know that its outer/upper surface is some sort of fabric. Resident kitten had that fabric shredded within 20 minutes. Looks super ugly, sadly — but fortunately it’s going to live in a basement where almost no one will see it but me.

I use this wedge for several squatting exercises. It keeps this weeble from wobbling over and maintaining good form.

My daughter convinced me to get this because my knees are always bothering me. It really helps. Take the pressure off your knees when you’re doing squats. It is an excellent value for the money and it is really great quality and I love that it has stoppers on the bottom just in case so you don’t slide! Highly recommended for all ages take care of your knees now

Great product but a bit pricey for what it is… It’s just a piece of foam, but it is dense. But a similar one on Temu for a fraction of the price, although it was smaller
