Unfortunately this battery died after 4 months, Reaching out to Customer Service at NinjaBatt, my problem was resolved very fast and a replacement was sent overnight. Great service from the two reps I dealt with. Unfortunately there is a problem with something you might buy from time to time. Jolly and Jane took ownership of my problem in a very efficient manner. I thank them for great Customer Service.

This battery match my book.. I am keeping my old tech alive with me. Package was well sealed. Amazon had some delivery issues. Thanks 😊for still making it to me. (HP Probook) Battery had enough juice to power my book.

Excellent replacement for a HP Envy laptop. I had previously purchased a battery from MicroCenter and once you unplugged the laptop the battery light would stay on, with this battery the light go out as it should.

It was a little tricky to install as my laptop has some odd little nubs to hold the battery in place. Once I figured it out, the battery clicked into place with no gaps. It charges quickly & the battery lasts a while. And way cheaper than an actual HP brand battery. Very happy with the purchase, would buy again.

I work in IT and I purchased this V104 laptop battery for my HP Laptop. I charged it, let it run on its own and charged again. I ran the HP battery check which says it is fine. However, when I run the command prompt and run the battery config test and review the log, it appears the battery is 50% used. Hence, I'm only able to get about 30 minutes of activity from the battery. Also, the battery doesn't lose the full charge at 30 minutes, it may have anywhere from 25-35% left but around 30 minutes the laptop completely loses power. Without breaking about the battery seal, my guess is these items are used with older Lion cells which have already lost their 50% useful life. Not reputable company

I need a battery for my HP ENVY 17 laptop - I chose NinjaBatt. Good quality, fast delivery. Battery compatible with my laptop, but I was looking for one that was. Recomend.

Arrived quick and was packaged well. Easy to install and was same type of battery as original. Charged the battery upon arrival before using laptop. The only unfortunate part is it only lasts about 45 minutes before needing to be charged again.

As always, delivery was fast and wished I’d bought it sooner to be honest! Well packaged, easy to replace and has given my laptop a new lease of life, so a good purchase, very pleased.
