Good size, fairly sturdy
This umbrella is pretty large, for how small it is, folded up. It holds up reasonably well in light wind. However, I tried to use it during storm conditions with 30-40 mph winds blowing, and it completely buckled flipped and curled up. It was worse than useless. In all fairness,I myself was getting pushed and blown this way and that by the wind,so I doubt any other umbrella would have held up. It gets 5 stars because none of the ribs broke and the umbrella still has its original shape. It is still completely usable and has the very desirable feature of folding up inverted so that the water is contained within the folded umbrella and doesn't drip all over the place. I have had this umbrella for about 4 years now and am satisfied with my purchase

Awesome umbrella
I really like these umbrellas. I wish they were larger but then again I was looking for something I could keep in my purse/backpack and these fit perfectly. Something I don't like is that while they are push button to open, they are NOT push button to close. I mean you push a button and it snaps shut, but then you have to take your hand and push down, hard, on the top of the umbrella to close it up. Also, don't be fooled by these umbrellas that close inward. They are advertised as keeping you dry because they close inward............you'll still get wet. When they snap to close inside out, the rain splatters you right in the face. But when you toss it on the floor of the car it does not get your floor soaking wet, just a little wet. So it is an improvement. The best way for you not to get wet is to just stay out of the rain. :-D. Just kidding.......that's not possible for some of us.

It’s a pretty pattern but it was a struggle to open and close it.

It's a fine umbrella but the image is misleading. It's not smaller than any other folding umbrella.
It works fine, but if you were hoping for a tiny umbrella this isn't it. It's just a standard folding umbrella.
