His Wicked Games (Enemies-To-Lovers Fae Romance)

To be so honest, this book was the worst book I have ever read. It genuinely made me angry reading it due to how poorly it was written. Absolutely lacking in detail, no real back story or explanations for anything, characters and setting are BARELY described, characters are not fleshed out, the internal dialog of the main character is cringe worthy, as she has no self worth, the "love interest" is a complete narcissist, and in my opinion, this should not be considered a romance novel. There is nothing romantic about someone treating you like absolute garbage, and then you falling head over heels for them just because they are attractive!!!! It is dangerous for young women who may read this and believe that it is okay to be treated with no respect, or to believe that someone who belittles you and treats you unkindly deserves your love. I mean to put this review out there as a warning to women or people in general who may be in a fragile place, and may consider the way these characters interact as something to be desired. It absolutely is not. Please consider ANY other fantasy, enemy to lovers, close proximity novel.
