Did not Germinate
I am a successful gardener and know Crepe Myrtle is one of the easiest seed to plant successfully/germinate. Out of the many seeds ordered/delivered "ONLY ONE" seed germinated. The one is thriving and in a year or two I'll be able to see how it blooms.

Bad seeds to germinite
I try in a paper also direct to soil for a full month I keep an eye almost daily to maintain it wet but nothing grows
