Door cracked in the corner after being installed for one month.
Received item Dec. 22, 2022 for a rental unit. Doors were fine when received. Installation was easy and doors looked great. As of February 4, 2023, there is a crack in the corner where the hinge is, which means this door is not going to last much longer. Unfortunately for me, the return period had lapsed. I contacted Kimberly Bay and was very impressed with their customer service. I sent an email around midnight to them explaining the situation. By 9:30 next morning I received a reply from Taylor asking for photos of the door. I sent them. And by the next day I received an email stating a new door would be shipped to me. Now that’s what I call excellent customer service! Would definitely do business with this company again! Thank you Taylor and Kimberly Bay!!

Easy to install
Had to trim door- for height due to my doorways measurements. Easy to trim.Only issue: the package had enough screws included, but not the types of a screws listed in the instructions. Luckily I made it work.Very squeaky.Otherwise: love it.

Good value overall but missing screws and inaccurate assembly instructions
I bought two of these for a closet. First thing I noticed is that the instructions show 9 screws but the package came with 7. Then, the screw shown in the photos don’t match the length of the screws in the little plastic bags. Luckily, I had a set of wood screws so I was able to complete the install without a trip to Home Depot. The doors had lots of blemishes, we might end up having to paint it over (see photos). And finally, the screw supposed to be used to attach the door knob is too long and goes through the knob if you’re not clever enough to notice the issue before screwing it in (like I did). Ultimately, the door is pretty smooth and looks decent but missing screws and not very accurate photos make for a bit of a frustrating experience installing this for the first time.

Big bang for the closet door buck
One two star review, everyone else gives five and I'll tell you why. At this price point you are not going to get heavy duty doors, let's be realistic. Of course they'll knick a little if you handle them rough but it's nothing some paint won't fix. And bottom line these look really nice, seems durable and gives my double door closet opening a fresh and classic look. They are very easy to install, just type the name in YouTube for a great tutorial. I've seen similar doors using the same materials at double the price. This one's a no-brainer.
