Good bicycle
My daughter loves her bike. Overall the bike looks really good, and was okay to put together. The one thing that was difficult was setting up the hand brake. The settings take some tinkering to get just right and was a little frustrating. But overall, a great bike

This bike was easy to assemble, easy to change settings, like seat adjustment,The frame and gears are very well made and designed with safety into consideration.Side wheels are great to lean independently.My kid loves this, I recommend this for 4-8 years old kids

Would buy again, but a few improvements would be helpful also
The bike seems sturdy and well packaged. Does require some assembly, which wasn't the easiest. I think we were sent the incorrect manual, however. We bought the bigger bike and the manual said the basket, bell, streamers were included and included instructions for assembly. So a few of the instructions were misleading/unclear or didn't apply. We could still manage figuring it out, but the brakes were definitely not the same as the manual. Thankfully, my husband knew how to fix and tighten them.

0/10 Do not recommend
I do not recommend this product. The instructions were not understood clearly. It is not sturdy. The tool that was provided was notSized correctly to tighten the wheels or handle bar. An overall headache 0/10 do not recommend sadly. I actually loved the accessories especially the bows for tassels on the handle bars. My 6 year old was devastated after waiting so long to ride it. As it took forever and still did not completely come together. Very usetting to know she got a pleasant surprise and didn't get to enjoy today! Also the gear line was not attached either!

I purchased this bike for my daughter, and she absolutely loves it! The design is charming, and the build quality is impressive. Unfortunately, after a short period, we encountered an issue with the tire becoming damaged. I took it to a local bike shop for repair, which was an unexpected expense. I reached out to the seller's customer service on Amazon to explain the situation. To my surprise and relief, they promptly refunded the repair cost. While we faced a minor hiccup, the bike itself is fantastic, and the responsive customer service turned the experience around.
