This is really good for wires. Not as good for PCB circuit boards.
This is a great solder for the price. But I've never used 63/37 solder, only 60/40. I experienced a problem, although I can't determine what the cause of the problem was. In my case, on a new circuit board I was soldering, the JWOWO solder climbed up my electrical parts, effectively soldering them, but not wetting out and making a connection to the clean and new PCB circuit board. So, comparing this to Radio Shack and also X-Tronic standard 60/40 solders that have about 2% Flux (X-Tronic is listed at 1.8% Flux and 60/40 ratio of lead) the 63/37 JWOWO had some problems. It may not be the solder that is the problem. But I wanted to report it, nonetheless. I've never seen any of my solders (not even the really bad no-name stuff from Harbor Freight) that didn't stick to a circuit board. I had to actually use the X-Tronic solder because on several solder joints, the JWOWO solder would rapidly wet out and cover a transistor, but none of the solder would actually go onto the PCB. It may have been a temperature problem. It may have been something I did wrong. But I have never seen solder actively resist and not wet out or "tin" a clean PCB that was freshly cleaned with 90% isopropyl alcohol. My advice is to try this, and use it for a specific application. But test it first. I will definitely keep using this solder on copper and tin plated wires, because it flows out beautiful, and works perfectly on wire connections. Just test the solder first, and make sure it works well with the alloys you're soldering. In the future, I'm going to switch to Kester 44 63/37 solder with 3% flux (heavier amount of flux) and see if that makes any difference on the small circuit boards. The JWOWO is 2% flux.

Solid Solder That Gets the Job Done
Used this for a few small electronics projects and it worked great. It melts clean, flows well, and the rosin core makes for easy connections without a lot of mess. No weird smoke or smell either. Definitely good quality for the price. Would buy again.
