I have a previous model of massage chair from this same company that has lasted over 2 years and still working great! I have been wanting another one for my living room sofa so I can just leave them in place, and decided to buy the upgraded version! I love this massage chair so much -- it's lightweight, easy to set up, can be strapped to a chair or just flopped in place (you could also lay it flat and lay on it on your bed!) and I just found out from another review that you can get a car adapter and use it in your car!!! 🤯🙌💕✨ Ever wanted a heated seat in your car but can't afford the fancy cars? Now you don't have to! I'm so tickled I already have the plug adapter in my cart! I love that this insert has so many settings (Kneading is my favorite, it's like an intense version of Pulsate) and I also love the timer function so it doesn't automatically give out after 30 minutes if I want a longer massage session -- you can set it for 30, 60, or 90 minutes! This insert isn't huge but it does cover all the areas I want when sitting -- it's also very comfortable as long as you use it on seating that is already comfortable to you (if I put it on a hard chair, it might not have enough padding, but that's an easy fix by just using chairs that are already comfortable for you!) The heat is powerful and I always feel super relaxed after using it. I have had this new model about a week and have used it every day since I got it! Worth every penny and I will probably buy another for my car soon too! 😂🥰💕✨ Thank you for making such a wonderful product!!

It is a gift so I took it out of the box to make sure it works. Vibration was strong, heat was difficult to determine because I was just testing it and wasn't sitting on it but I definitely felt heat. I compared tons of different one and each one was missing something (would have liked if this had cold as well for the summer months) but this had the most vibrating motors and reasonably priced.

I was skeptical of this but it works fantastic and I bought the car plug and it work great in the car as well

It’s okay, good enough. Worked immediately when plugged into home and moved to car where it will stay. Much more padded than my last seat, which is why l think the Vibration is okay, (NOT MASSAGE but l knew that) seems is not as intense as my last seat. Not noisy but neither was my last one. I used with heat cranked up, which activates an automatic turn off at 30 minutes, but was comfortably warm. I liked the cover on this one, seems long-lasting.

Already loving this heated chair massager. I think I will be enjoying for a while. It’s not like a mall Massager but it is relaxing. The only thing that I don’t care for is the motor is a little loud.

The massage and heat really help when you have back or muscle aches. You can set it to the type of massage you prefer, the number of places you want it to massage, and choose between 2 heat settings or no heat. My family members like it too. Good buy for the money.

Another useless, pile of useless junk. hard to believe anybody actually likes this. It just makes a whole bunch of noise and does not offer any actual relief, this is not a massager it does not massage.

The Strength of this massager along with its Heating Ability performs and operates at an Acceptable Level. The Only problem I experienced is that the Length of this massager is Not Long Enough to Comfortably Reach High Enough Up to enjoy it's claim to massage your lower neck area as well. I happen to be a 5'6" male and it's simply too short in length to reach my lower neck area just to give you an Idea!

Thie vibration has no impact.. you don't even feel it when it is on. I tried to return it but please note that it is not a amazon return. You have to post it yourself. The scam is that the return address does not exist. The package was returned. Amazon does not help here..

Esta bien. con respecto al calor que genera, pero esperaba que tuviera más fuerza en la vibración, lo voy a devolver y lo cambiaré por otro modelo que tenga otras funciones. Sin embargo en cuanto a calidad precio es razonable.

Buena calidad y precio el calentamiento funciona muy bien
