For those of us that take suppliment, taking one pill instead of three and at the right combination and dosage. I'm in my 60s on a very high preformance weight program for the last 8 months, taking this suppliment combo works for me.

I ordered this product to improve a mental alertness that comes with ageing. I have to say that this is the only product that works so far. I just wish that it would come in smaller size tablets, so that it is easier to swallow.

I enjoyed this product, I’ll be purchasing this one again.

Can tell the difference when I dont take it for a few days... Only downsize if the horse sized tablets.Wish they were easier to swallow

its 4 tablets to reach the label claim of strength...just be aware of that. and they are not small pills.
