Russia from Lake Baikal to Vladivostok GPS: world mapping project (Russia from Lake Baikal to Vladivostok (1:2.000.000))

Perfect for road trips
I used this map on a drive right across Russia from Kaliningrad to Magadan via Vladivostok.1:2,000,000 is a really nice scale for a road trip; I constantly had one of RKH's three trans-Russia titles on my dashboard folded to the relevant section. The quality of the rip-proof paper is amazing; a normal paper map would have been in tatters at the end ofthe trip.I found the details of this sheet good, even for example when driving the backroads of Primorsky Territory. The one fault I could find was a second bridge depicted across the Bureya river south of the main highway which has long since been destroyed / dismantled. There is only the one bridge on the main (P-297 aka M58) highway. So the sheet loses a star for taking me to a dead end.It should be said that there are better maps and atlases on offer locally in Russia if you're fine reading Cyrillic, but they are not always easy to find and invariably printed on poor quality paper. This is by far the best which I have seen available internationally.
