Evolution Trash Bags: Tall Kitchen Trash Bag, 50 bags/box, made with 70% CERTIFIED PCR material

The concept is great and I really want to continue using these; however they are thin and can’t hold much. You have to leave quite a bit of room so they can be tied closed, which means we’re using more bags than we would normally.

If you are looking for a trash bag with a high amount of post consumer plastic, this is for you. I’ve never had a bag break. As these do not have drawstring or flaps to tie, I fill them a little less full so I can tie the top when throwing out. A bit more expensive than regular trash bags, but I consider this a small investment in clean oceans and the future of our planet.

Have ordered these for about a year now, in a 2-person household we’ve gone through about 3 boxes. Highly, highly recommend. They have never broken on us, fit perfectly in our middle-sized kitchen trash can, and I love the fact that they are about an eco-friendly as a trash bag you can get.

I do like this product but wish it had drawstrings

Just fits into the garbage can, but rips easily at the top if I don't under fill it. It's only at the top where you try to carry it, the bottom doesn't rip, so we just be extra careful when lifting it out.

They don’t hold up as well as a glade stretch trash bag or other brand like that But I like that I’m using recycled plastic!. I’ve gotten a few tears when I push the trash down to try to get more in. But they do hold up better than I thought they would. There is no drawstring but plenty of room to tie the bag shut. I keep mine in an 8 gallon trash can so i have some extra folded over the top.Holds up pretty well, but don’t stick anything sharpe and you’ll have to breakdown your boxes or strategically place them so the corners won’t rip the bag.

I try to do what I can to prevent plastic waste but I was a little skeptical on the idea of using eco-friendly trash bags. I was pleasantly surprised with these bags. They are a good quality recycled plastic and I have had no problems with any leaks or tears. They fit nicely in my steel trash can. I wish they had a drawstring but will continue to buy regardless.
