This castor oil pack is waterproof, easy to wear and adjust, and easy-care. I use hot water to wet the pad. Then pat dry and apply the oil. This seems to help distribute the castor oil more evenly and I don’t have to use as much for each application.

I love castor oil and recommend it constantly, since I use it so very, very much with excellent results. This is my fourth castor oil pack but my first one specifically for my breasts. I’ve been applying castor oil to almost my entire body nightly for years, including my breasts, so the option of doing a concentrated application was very appealing to me.Firstly, I should point out that at least three of the current bulletpoints in this item’s product description are completely inaccurate as to what you actually get. You simply receive the two, pink castor oil pads and nothing else. No waist pack is included (I didn’t receive one, at least). There are no elastic shoulder straps. And there is no zippered pocket for inserting hot or cold packs. If I were to guess, I would say those bulletpoints were likely copy-pasted from another similar item without anyone realizing that they don’t apply to these breast pads.Anyway, I washed these before my first use with no issues. After that, I’ve been folding them up and storing them in a glass mason jar between uses, laundering them as necessary, first with a baking soda soak and then with natural detergent on the cold, gentle cycle.Both sides of the material feel lovely and soft, and I adore how they’re not stiff at all. The stitching looks pretty good to my novice eyes. From what I’ve observed, these seem to effectively prevent any castor oil from seeping straight through the entirety of the fabric, so no castor oil transfers onto other items, and no castor oil is wasted.These are designed to accommodate quite large breasts, at least they seem that way to my small-breasted self. My breasts are only a flat-lying size 32B, and a single one of these pads is almost large enough to cover both of them. On my petite frame, to position these so that they don’t overlap, the outer half of each of them has to sit under my armpits and on my ribcage, which honestly, is just fine. So far, I’ve found it easiest to secure these in place by wearing a tight-fitting, un-padded sports bra over top of them.Overall, I’m glad to have these humongous castor oil breast pads, and I recommend the practice behind these to anyone with breasts, especially if you’ve ever had any negative issues with said breasts.

It is a great idea but I find the castor oil pads to be just too thin for my preference. I only use them while laying down and for the most part the oil is contained but it definitely leaks thru and stains the PUL layer.The inside layer is very soft and nice to wear against the skin. And it appears well made I just wish it was another layer or two thicker. And although the listing states it comes with adjustable elastic straps mine did not come with any. However, I’m not sure how you would even use them since you just place it inside a bra which should hold them in place. Or you can just lay on your back and place them on your chest.

I don't know why it says adjustable elastic straps if none are included. It is just the 2 breast pads. They are comfortable and soft and they retain the oil very well. I did not notice any leakage or staining my clothes.

I was looking forward to getting this kit with two chest compress pads, but when I received it I couldn’t figure out how to use it. The seller’s description on Amazon says that they come with elastic straps, but no straps were included in my package. I like the idea of having pads made of organic cotton to use as a compress on my chest. However, I still need to find a way to attach them there. I was thinking of using them with castor oil as well as some other skincare products. I like the size and texture of these pads.

Nice Castor oil pack set. Comes with two circular ones for the breasts, and one for the abdomen. Good quality. Has adjustable straps for the abdomen pack. Easy to wash, hang dry.
