Cuts out and Turns off every ten mins of use
This device turns itself off after 10 mins of use this happens every ten mins although I am using it correctly - sent the seller a message asking about this and have failed to hear back. Will update review once I have. I will be requesting a replacement or refund. It is possible to use it but I have to keep turning it back off and on repeatedly as it will cut out. Seems like this could be dodgy as you would want these machines to be safe and work well. I think it is probably best to get a FDA cleared device… I will use a few more times and see if it has any effect before either getting a replacement if it works or refund if not… I have only used once and hair growth seems normal but I will try and few more times to see if there’s any reduction before either getting a replacement or just a full refund.Edit - sent this back and got a refund. Don’t waste your money it does nothing and May not be safe. I got a braun pro 5 after trying this and although it is more expensive I got it on a sale and after using once it is sooooooo much better. It flashes far quicker so it takes like 40 mins to do full leg/ bikini and underarms. This one took agessssss as it flashed every 4 seconds or something. It also didn’t hurt at alllll which I found suspect. The braun one you can feel. A bit uncomfortable but I’m using at max settings. It feels safe and you can see it does something. This one did nothing if I had a stray hair the braun one will singe it off which shows it works. Invest in a good machine these budget ones are useless and may not be safe. Also the glasses they send aren’t even green lenses for ipl so are pretty useless. Like cheap sunglasses. Get a pair of ipl safe glasses whatever machine you use. Avoid this model though!

Doesn’t work as it should
Read every inch of instructions to see if I was using to product wrong and even tried videos on YouTube. It states to hold to skin and press button. Everytime the product touched my arm it wouldn’t flash, but if I pointed it at the ceiling it would. Don’t waste your money, sending this back as we speak.

Faulty product
The device didn't work as it was meant to. The light only flashed when not in contact with the skin! Unable to change the settings on it for different intensity levels too. Sent back as didn't feel safe to use!

Painless and easy to use
Considering the price of a professional laser hair removal this amazing, it's painless and quick, I'm still about half way through a course and I'm already seeing less hair regrowth and it's taking longer to regrow, super happy with this purchase.
