Very disappointing results
Ordered 8 x 25 lb bags to cover a half acre of property . Tilled the soil, raked and prepared the grounds, spread seeds and then raked under seeds carefully- all was done properly. Then watered terrain every day. I have waited 4 weeks now to affirm the results: only very sparse new grass growth observed. Put in a lot of time, energy and money and extremely disappointed with this product.
