I'm a novice lifter and was looking for a belt now that my squat weight has gone past 1.5 Bodyweight. I was looking for a good quality belt without spending a lot. Thus belt is great. I've added 20 lbs to my squat and my Deadlift has increased as well. Customer service is outstanding. I ordered two belts and when one wasn't the right size they took great care of me. I suggest you follow the measuring guide and round up.
