The ease of use is great. Butterfly locking mechanism is easy to close and open. Fits well in my 2” drain. Keeps water from leaving the drain and flooding my compactor room and basement. Water flows past this drain into my main.

This plug works great to keep water from coming up through a drain when it rains over 3” I replaced the wing nut for a nut which works great which allows you to tighten it more without breaking the wing nut

Overall the product seems to be decent quality and the rubber is thick. However, the wing nut broke on the first use when the rubber just barely started to expand. I installed a regular nut and it seems to be working fine.

it worked perfect for what we needed it for and that was NOT for any Plumbing! Sometimes You have to think outside the box!!

I bought this to seal off a toilet roughin while I was remodeling the bathroom. Keeps the gas (smell) out. 🙂

Had an old 4in screw in clean out pipe cap that was leaking. Bought this and it worked. Time will tell if it leaks or not though. Will update if leaks.

Does not work at all. It expands all of about 2mm.

I have a clog in a drain line in my yard. I purchased 3 of these to block off drains so I could connect water and air hoses to clean out the clog.These plugs are slightly too small for a 4" PVC pipe. The wing nuts on two of the 3 broke while tightening. When I finally had them tightened as much as I could, the plugs couldn't even hold 50psi before blowing out of the pipes.Pretty useless to me. I can't recommend these.
