I went through half quart of dot3 fluid trying to bleed clutch system only to realize that the master cylinder is no good. Update: I received a replacement and it worked for a short time. I realized that my cars aftermarket pressure plate is too stiff. It causes the internal seal to fail. The master cylinder will not hold the pressure.

Fitment was absolutely crap, had to modify bolt holes to line up correctly. They worked fine for a while, but recently a seal blew out in the master cylinder, spewing fluid everywhere inside my car. I snapped out a new one from autozone, then decided to check the clearance inside the master cylinder. The piston was poorly machined, and had too much clearance, basically being sealed by a crappy O-ring. And a few metal shavings still inside. It's a wonder that it lasted 5 minutes. About a week later the slave cylinder failed as well. I did the same thing, tearing it down and checking it's piston. The clearance was closer to oem spec, but the o-ring had torn edges from a massive amount of metal shavings. This product is absolute Amazon grade junk, and I wouldn't use any car parts from this seller. If you buy a brake master cylinder with this lack of quality control, and machining effort, you will crash your car.

Fits well in my 95 Del Sol. The slave cylinder has been holding up for the last 4 months but the master cylinder gave out a month ago and started leaking. Had to replace again. Pretty difficult install since you have to be on your back under the dash, but only took an hour. Great price if you just need something quick to get the car back on the road, but don’t expect it to last long.

Like in the title, don't buy this! Save your money and get a better clutch master cylinder. It failed 3 days after install, the seals busted and it started leaking all over the place, poor quality...straight trash!
