Q: Does the W16 allow me to download files directly from iTunes without converting to MP3?

You cannot directly download files from iTunes. Please convert your music files to formats such as MP3, WMA, OGG, APE, FLAC, WAV, AAC-LC, M4A, etc., with MP3 format being the most suitable. Note: Do not create folders in MP3.

Q: Why aren't the radio stations I want available, or why is the signal poor for some stations?

This is a professional MP3 Player, the FM is only gifted function. The channels of FM you can receive maybe limited and the signal of FM is not so good as professional FM receiver especially in some closed space.

Yes, the W16 automatically powers on and plays music when you connect the charging cable. If you do not wish to have this feature, we can assist you in upgrading the software to disable this autoplay function.
