The Poppy Red is very dark, like a few steps away from black.Thinking about painting the flower so it looks more red.Good construction (not great)Needed for black dressy outfit, with Poppy highlights.I choreographed the Wizard of Oz, and for one of the performances I wanted to pay homage to the Poppy SceneI'm wearing a 'little black dress', with matching shrug, black pumps, black purse, suntan nylons, beautiful silk red poppy hair-clip, and these earrings.So I really wanted the earrings to be a POP of red. Instead they look more black

The product looks better in person. I love them. They even came with an extra set of backs.

The quality is worse than ever. After trying to put on my ears a few hrs, the red color from the material earrings transfer to my earring skin. That never happened to other earrings I bought before. Can’t believe it. But can’t return also bc it’s over a month now ;(
