Excellent product - replaced after the previous one broke after numerous years use!

This is an excellent blender. My original jug cracked due to it being too hot when washed in cool water. Replacement jug perfect and arrived quickly though essential to check bottom blade section is tightly fitted before use. I didn't and some soup got into an area I can't now clean. Other than that no complaints.

Works great - last one kept going for 3 years of daily use. Didn’t come with the removable blade as advertised though? Should it come with some sort of tool for removal or instructions for how to do so?

I was away and it picked up from post office broken

The previous one lasted 2.5 years and then the seals went and I ended up with green smoothie all over the kitchen. This one arrived quick and does the job just fine!

This product is really handy in the kitchen. I blend almost everything in it and get great results. It is also really good for making breadcrumbs from stale bread.

I need to replace the jug I broke whilst cleaning. When I ordered it I was expecting it to take a while to arrive due to the festive period, but to my surprise it only took 2 days, so a big thank you. I sue the jug a lot for smoothies & blending in baking a couldn’t do without one.

Se me rompió el vaso por uso indebido por mi parte y contacté con el servicio técnico. Me dieron solución al instante. El funcionamiento es bueno y buena calidad de componentes. Lo único malo es que no tiene sistema de seguridad. Sigue funcionando si abres la tapa en pleno funcionamiento

Il prodotto è di ottima qualità. Solido e resistente, Non sono riuscita ad usarlo come tritaghiaccio. Ottimo il servizio clienti perchè ho contattato il venditore per la sostituzione delle lame -, mi ha risposto sempre nell' arco di poche ore e dato tutte le informazioni sul pacco sempre con estrema gentilezza e disponibilità.

Bon produit, efficace, robuste, fait de bons smothies f Attention! ne pas mettre une oupe encore trop chaude. C'est ainsi que le verre s'est fendu. J(ai ou obtenir rapidement la caraffe de remplacement

Va bien va con todo nuevo un pelín caro pero merece la pena
