I had to replace my old LG headset that I had for a few years, so after some research, I decided to go with this LG purchase. That was the right choice because these headsets are great quality. The audio is on point with no feedback issues and it has great range. It's also lightweight around your neck with easy, retractable earbuds. I plan to keep these for a very long time!

My husband has used these for many years for hands free phone use while working on the farm. Extremely good headset!

I stuck with this model because I’ve been so happy with the previous 2 I had. This one is just as good; easy to use, strong battery. I use it 12-15 hours at a time, mostly for listening. I have small ear canals and the small buds fit well. So comfortable, I very often fall asleep with it on, and I’ve even accidentally stepped in the shower without removing it!

Worked well while it lasted. I decided to splurge on 'good' headphones for my public transit commute and walking the dog. I had different brand of neckband headphones for over a decade without issue. These didn't even last 2 months of normal use. While the retractable cord mechanism seems unique, the cable is way too flimsy and gets caught - slowly eating away at the cable over time. In fact, I am on with LG product chat right now and they just admitted the the cable is thin and flimsy and prone to breaking. Nonetheless, they claim that their design and product flaw is not covered and I am now out $150. Do not waste your money - go for a cheaper and better made product

If you work with your hands or are on the phone all the time these are great. Looking at my purchase history I buy one EVERY year. The same thing that makes they great is the same thing that causes thier downfall. The retractable cord ALWAYS fails in one side. I have owned no less than 10 pair and every year I just get a new one. It WILL FAIL no matter how gentle you use it. This was just a fact of life and an acceptable expense BUT now they are upwards of $150-$175 and I cannot spend that kind of money on a product that continually fails. LG does not seem to be making a fix or an upgrade as they do not appear to have an R&D department that can solve this basic problem.
