CheongKwanJang makes some of the highest quality ginseng supplements in the world. That being said, I'm not entirely sure this is the strongest ginseng product you could find.It claims to be a "1 per day" although there are only 180mg of extract per capsule. It says this is equivalent to 1820mg of 6 year raw ginseng root. That is a vague claim, because it doesn't tell you whether that means fresh root, dried root, etc. Either way, the dosage for ginseng root powder would be closer to 3g+ per day, so this is a bit underdosed to start.I would much rather see what ginsenosides it is standardized to (rg1, rb1, total ginsenoside content, etc). Without this info, you really have no way of telling how strong it is.Overall - it's a high quality ginseng product, but probably not the best. I would opt for a 100% Korean ginseng extract product (the liquid kind in jars). While it is less convenient, it is more potent you know exactly how much ginseng you are taking with it.

As I get older, I find myself taking more supplements to help benefit my overall health and well-being.I have been taking ginseng for a few years now, primarily as a healthy energy booster.In the past, I have tried very many artificial supplements to give me a boost, and I’m trying to cut a lot of artificial from my diet.So after reading the ingredients listed in this supplement, I decided to give it a try.So far, I am overall feeling pretty nice after taking it.It is nothing too extreme, but it definitely does give me a nice little boost, and whether or not is a placebo effect, I definitely feel a bit better over the past few weeks.Whenever I add a new supplement to my diet, I try to restrict others, so I am able to give it a true judgement.I typically like to take an entire bottle of a supplement before I review it, so once I am finished with this bottle, I will be revisiting this review and make any adjustments necessary.But so far I am pleased.It’s pretty easy to swallow, doesn’t have much of a taste and I feel the price point is very fair.There are definitely better options out there, but there are also a lot worse and I think you definitely get what you pay for.Overall, I am quite pleased and hopefully you will get the same results that I have been getting so far.
