Good quality castors
Very easy to fit to any wooden furniture that you would like tone able to glide around.

We bought these for our footrest which was hard to move without wheels. These casters are so good. They have made it so easy to move it freely.

Threaded wheels perfect for a sofa footstool
Fit perfectly, foot stool now has wheels with brakes. Nice these came with threads so they can be used for something else too.

Poor quality
Fitted to a small drawer unit weighing 28kg (so 7kg per corner) caused the castor body to flex and catch the brake latch on the underside causing the brake to be applied. The interference also stopped the castors from pivoting. Packing out the thread with washers to give extra clearance only allowed the body to distort further and again catching the brake. Even cutting.g down the brake lever didn't help. Three of the four castors eventually fractured internally distorted and collapsed. Better quality replacements are required. The threaded inserts are M8 and not M7.5 as stated. UPDATE: Screwfix do very similar castors at £4.15 for a set of four. They don't have the brake but the quality is much better. They are rated at 30kg so will probably go beyond. The wheels are wider, the plastic thicker, the stem nut is deeper and the M8 thread longer so more thread is engaged. There's less play in the stem pivot too which was half the problem. Although they look similar at first glance the quality difference is like chalk and cheese.

Value for money
Brilliant casters except one of mine which has the little brake lever which when put in the upper position to release the brake keeps lowering to the position of brake on so impeding movement of my table.(update now all four brake levers going to brake position so having to release all four before moving table) they are rubbish do not buy!!!
