Q: Is this silicone BPS free?

BPS is used in hard plastics and unlike plastic, silicone is made of sand (raw material silica and carbon) and not synthetic polymers. Unlike plastic, food grade silicone is also free of BPA, BPS, latex and other chemical additives. So, although the listing doesn't specifically say it's BPS free, it does say it's food grade silicone, therefore it is BPS free.

Q: Can these be used in the oven?

Not sure as we have only had them in the refrigerator and dishwasher so far.

Q: Would I be able to place ALREADY FROZEN bread in any of these? Not sure if any of the available sizes are wide enough to fit bread

You can place frozen bead in these and it will work wonderfully and place in the freezer if you choose to. You will not be able to place a full loaf in one bag. You will need to divide the loaf in two of the larger bags. Hope this makes sense and helps.
