cheaper than individually bought houses, they are made of plaster, the light effect is very god as some houses seem to be lit from inside and others from the outside, Great numbers of trees for the village size all with snow effect, the figurine are a mixed quality and not all at the same scale but it doesn't matter, all in all we were delighted by our purchase.

Thought we'd go all out for a windowsill 25 piece village scene, as hubby has taken a shine to christmas displays.They arrived promptly but was poorly packaged and box was dinted with just a roll of card around it in a bag.Luckily all items inside the box were ok and not broke. It had been knocked about and the pieces had fallen out of their protective slot in the box. The lights are just cheap battery operated ones that push into a hole in the back of the houses, a shame not better quality for cost. So lost 2* for packaging and quality.However it will do job and am sure will make a lovely display once set up properly nearer Christmas.
