Hard Case Compatible with TASCAM Portacapture X6 32-bit Float Portable Audio Recorder

I use this for 2 portable SSD drives that I have and they fit perfectly! Easy to use and store in my cart on luggage. I like the design and it is functional for travel.

Seems high quality and zipper works well. It protects my Tascam well. I have a Dead Cat windscreen covering the two mics and it still fits perfectly. You need comething like this to protect your investment

A stout, high density case; zipper seems nice and smooth & well stitched on. Doesn't have soft padding inside though, and while it fits pretty well side to side, front to back there's a fair amount of space to rattle around. It bothered me enough that I found some spare 1/4" packing foam, and I cut two pieces to fit; that was about perfect to fill up the excess space, and reduce vibrations and other dings from rattling the X8. With that added, I feel confident tossing this case in a gig bag's unpadded pocket and carrying it around town.

I liked the way it fit for the Tascam X6 Portal capture. It was nice and snug and necessary cables fit in the pouch.

My TASCAM Portacapture X8 was a relatively big investment for outdoor use. The factory microphones are plastic and seem a little flimsy. I was paranoid about breaking them from the minute I unpacked the recorder. This case fits well, has room for a couple of cables and is a terrific addition to my kit.

This product is a great value, properly fits and protects the recorder, and is sturdy.

I thought I could store memory cards or extra batteries inside, I can't. The recorder fits, but anything placed in the pocket comes in direct contact with the screen. You would need another separate case for accessories if you actually intent to protect the recorder, which is the whole point. Also, the elastic strap gets stuck on the XLR release buttons. This is just a generic case that just so happens to fit a TASCAM X6
