How are they packaged? With frozen ice or just a regular ice pack? Did yours arrive cold?

They came with a couple of small ice packs. They were not really cold when they arrived but seemed fine and we ate all without any problem. Of course the tubes are sealed. We have transported Kalles other times ourselves without special ice packs and they have been fine, too.

Doesn’t this require refrigeration?

Yes, this is a perishable item and requires refrigeration during shipping and after you receive it

Do you have Kalles Dill kaviar?

Yes, a Dill Kaviar does exist, but I have only seen it in Sweden. I am not sure, if anybody sells it online!

Is this company still shipping this product without a cold pack?

I have received it both with and without a cold pack. I think there are several different suppliers!
