Product arrived and I opened it 2 days ago and found that all of the serum had leaked out of the pump and has a very different consistency than it should and I cannot use it. I would like to get a replacement.

Good product. Start good skin care when you are younger.

Have to admit that I debated about whether to give this facial serum a 4 or a 5 star review. As you can see, I opted on 5 stars because I wanted to evaluate the product on its own merits without the extremely high price tag of $219 (today's price) for a small 1 fluid ounce bottle. It is a good facial serum, though I honestly don't believe that it's up to that price level as I've used others before that are just as good and cost even less than half of this price.Once applied, I could slightly feel and see it firming up my skin. I'm an older woman with mature combination skin, so I do have some lines that need addressing. This helps to diminish them to make me look younger than my years. Though I could feel it firming up my skin, it did not feel taut or uncomfortable in the least bit. The serum feels clean and does not leave my skin feeling oily nor greasy. There definitely is some moisturization that leaves the tiniest bit of dewiness along the surface of the skin, but it's clean and nourishing. You might not like that if you have oily skin, but it's beneficial to those on the drier side, as well as those of us with more mature skin. Will leave skin more supple and elastic and also provides you with a radiant glow.This is best for those with normal to dry skin. Very good on my mature combination skin. This is just fine for both men and women alike and is good for all adult age groups who are looking to firm up their skin while providing it with some healthy moisturization.

I love the product but it was only 1/4 full. What a scam!

I have sensitive skin, so I really like how calming this serum is. It goes on effortlessly and absorbs quickly. My skin feels soft and velvety after application. I don’t have any irritation from this and it works great under my makeup.That said, I am only giving it 4 stars. The reason for this mostly price. I’m not opposed to paying top dollar for a product that works well and this does, but I have a few other serums that cost half as much and seemed to work equally as well. Now, this does have a time of 24 weeks for full effectiveness and I haven’t been using it that long, so maybe a couple of months from now I will feel differently, but my initial impression is that it is rather expensive.That said, I like this serum. It has a night scent that is pleasant. It isn’t deliberately fragranced and I appreciate that. The bottle is nice (it’s a plastic tube that is housed inside of a glass bottle that has a lot of weight. It has a luxurious look and feel. The pump works well and it takes two pumps to adequately cover my face and neck. It’s really lovely even if it is a bit expensive.

This medical grade serum is translucent. It glides on silky smooth, so that only 1-2 pumps covers my face and neck. It has a slight tingle when first applied, and it does have a tightening effect (although that's not long-term results, it's nice to apply this before a date or an event).This sinks into my skin quickly, and doesn't feel greasy or heavy. My skin feels soft and hydrated. My skin tone looks brighter and fresher, like I slept well. (Will update in a week or so if I see further improvement)This does not have any fragrance added, but it does have a slightly sharp scent. PCA is an excellent professional skin care brand that has been around for quite some time.I have loved using this product for the past two weeks and although it is recommended to use twice a day for maximum benefits, I have been using this product in the morning. This product has lactic acid and I use tretinoin in the evening so I didn’t want to combined the two.There are excellent ingredients in this product, including hyaluronic acid and many great peptides.When I use this product in the morning, I use it as recommended after cleansing and toning. I like how this product feels on my skin and although I have not seen results yet, I’m sure I will be seeing some skin improvement soon as PCA is a trusted brand in skin care and does clinical studies on its products.You do have to wear sunscreen with this product. This product has no fragrance and absorbs well into the skin. There has been buzz about this product in regards to its growth factor technology and peptides. I have seen this new product advertised in a few magazines. I hope it lives up to the hype!So far, I highly recommend this product!
