Both my cats adore this water fountain! And happy hydrated cats do not get urine crystals that cost hundreds of dollars at the vet to manage, let alone the pain & suffering. I will do anything to keep this fountain working and I truly appreciate the ability to get quality parts. Jake (pictured) & Larry Dwayne are grateful too!

This is supposed to be a 3 part set. I ordered 2 packages and neither of them came with the small rectangular filter. Really disappointed the inaccurate description.

They work as described. They were super simple to install. The water flows through with no issues and they look very sturdy.

The filters arrived the day after I ordered them. They were an exact fit for the fountain we have. The fountain is used by our 2 cats and occasionally my visiting grand-dog. I rinse the filters when refilling and cleaning the fountain. Each filter lasts for months with our usage.

Fantastic water fountain...my cat is so enjoying his fountain... very easy to clean and maintain... I would definitely recommend this to others.
