I had an open wound for months. (casualty of a surgery, wound size 9"X5") it was taking months to heal, i honestly thought it would take forever. bought it in mid April, after a second surgery, the wound is now almostly completely closed up & skinned over, now mid August. They were telling me 6-8 mos to completely heal. I have bought this several times, i beleive it was one of the major healing contributors to my wound, along with all the dressing changes done.
