Fence works great! It keeps ours dogs in and safe around our property. The transmitter went out after about three months but I contacted the company directly and they sent me a new one free of charge and in a speedy manor. Definitely recommend this product and company.

Wouldn’t work at my house. And had broken wires

Our 40 pound furry child is again restricted to our yard. The previous electric fence failed and I was just not happy with laying our several hundred dollars for a replacement system, which was only three years old. So I seen this unit. I indicated it would meet my needs, so for the price of about one third the other unit, that failed, I would try Masbrill electric fence. Glad I did. It used the same fence and wire as the previous unit. A plus for sure. I plugged it and it came to life. The sensor unit on the collar is very sensitive. I have the fence on 5, yes only 5, on a scale of 100 and it works just fine. I get a beep and 6 feet from the fence and a mild shock at three feet. He is perfectly responsive to the collar and we love having his running are back and a peace of mind that he will be where he is supposed to be. That is safe from the drive way and the road at 150 feet from the house. We love it. It worth every penny and the security it provides is well worth the price.

So the product was straightforward and easy to install (I mean yes it is work to trench the yard if you bury the wire). The wire is thin as others have mentioned. The wire did snap while we were installing it but spliced it back together and no issues. The issue I have is it has randomly shocked her inside the house. Once In The hallway, once in front of the dishwasher, once laying on her dog bed. I walked the entire house with the collar to see if something was setting it off but it didn’t do it again. The shock is very strong and you can’t change it. So my dog is a hound weighing 50 lbs and the shock is strong enough she is afraid to go outside now. She is use to an e-collar which shocks her which used previously to stop her from digging under the fence however you would have to see her do it. That is why I chose this product. So overall I amGiving it a 2. PricePoint was great.

Prefacing this with I don’t like giving bad reviews. Worked very well for my 55lb pitty. Shock levelWas great, did exactly what it was supposed to do until she fell into the pool yesterday. Collar no longer works. Yes I read the manual. 4 times actually. Yes I did trouble shooting. I charged for 24 hours, it won’t turn on anymore. I wish I would’ve spent the extra money for one that was truly waterproof.

Wire is like extremely thin and breaks with the slightest encroachment. Constantly repairing. The power supply is poorly designed, and the connection cannot provide any protection from the least bit of moisture. Spend a few more dollars and buy a product that will perform in an outdoor environment.

I've done a fence install and literally every day since there's been a break in the wire at some point. At least I can see it this way and patch it, but if it was underground there would be no way to tell what was wrong without digging the entire thing up. The wire is far too flimsy, it breaks if you look at it funny. I also don't understand how a product designed to be used outdoors doesn't have a controller that can be installed outdoors - you have to purchase additional covers or punch holes in your shed to keep it out of the elements. Cheap, cheap, cheap.
