Switching is sometimes painful
I use this keyboard and mouse between 3 different devices. I got one using 2.4 ghz reciever and other 2 using bluetooth. They all connected to bluetooth without any issues but the biggest flaw is that the keyboard doesnât switch right away to the different device upon pressing the respective selection button. I have to press it multiple times and keep trying to type some test characters to confirm that it switched. Mouse on the other hand switches perfectly and cicles over the different devices.I donât think the keys are faulty and i am not sure what the issue could be here but I gave 3 stars because I plan to keep this keyboard and mouse because I do not see any better alternatives that has full size keyboard. The battery lasts forever too on the keyboard and the mouse uses an AA battery which is easy to just replace than leaving it in charge. The asthetics are good, It looks great on the desk because of black color and its thin design almost similar to keyboards from Apple. That reminds me that it also has a button to switch between a mac format and windows format which is a plus. I would give it 5 stars if the main functionality wasnât so glitchy on the keyboard.

Ok at best
The Keyboard is the nice part. It works and it feels well built but the mouse on the other hand is not so good. It seems to be a bit jumpy and inconsistent with movements. If you are using this for work then its great. I do mostly CADD and Solidworks and its great but if you game its a no go. Spend the extra $10 - $20 and get a better keyboard mouse combo

Great keyboard!
Incredible keyboard. I got the smaller 3550 version and I love it! Very solid, clicky keys, and beautiful. Just works. The mouse is a little small but also very good, I've had the same mouse for ~6 months. Already bought another set

2-$-1 or Two For The Price Of One
Purchase with Intent (always a good idea):So, whatâs the problem Iâm intending to solve (âWhatâs the frequency, Kenneth?â)?Iâm trying to enhance my knowledge of Linux; since I have a couple of left-over laptops at hand I set up a small âOS Exploration Labâânow thatâs an overstatement if I ever wrote one. In the spirit of cleaning up the desktop, indulging my distaste for trackpads, and generally geeking out, I aimed for some simplicity.Hereâs the goal: two laptops with two different flavors of Linux controlled by one mouse and one keyboard. Simple enough, right? Weâll seeâŠNOTE: all that follows applies equally, if not more, to any Mac/Win setup.Hereâs where I started:mid-2010's MacBook Air running Ubuntu 20.04 with Apple Magic Mouse2020 OYYU Win10 laptop running Pop!OS with (generic) Jelly Comb BlueTooth mouseAfter some research I found the Rapoo 9700M keyboard/mouse combination. It claimed the ability to support 3 keyboard BlueTooth (BT) channels and 2 mouse BT channels. Ought to work. A complication is that Rapoo was focused on controlling Mac/Windows systems. While one of my laptops started as an Apple and the other started as Win10, it was not at all clear that overlaying two flavors of Linux on top of diverse hardware platforms could be workable. So how did it work out?Net-net it worked as Iâd hoped (expect the worst, hope for the best). Took a bit of fiddling in the setup (BT 3.0 v BT 5.0), frequency (2.4Ghz v 5.0 Ghz), use of supplied dongle as a bridge. NOTE: It was especially useful to have a wired mouse during BT setup.Rating: 4.5 starsPRO-#1 - It does exactly what it claims, allowing me to control multiple hardware/OS with a single input system.#2 - The keyboard is really solid: aluminum baseânot some cheesy plastic shellâwith good tactile feedback (though not the âclickyâ kind). No backlight, which I didnât need.#3 - Keyboard markings for both Mac and Win commands.CON-#1 - Setting up takes bit of iterationâbut thatâs probably due to the hybrid hardware/software platforms I was starting with. Patience is a virtue.#2 - Keyboard lays flat with no ability to angle the keyboard (no feet).#3 - No on-keyboard LED indication if NumLock/CapsLock is active. The OYYU indicated it in usual Win fashion, the MacBook didnât. Would be nice if the Rapoo keyboard showed this.#4 - Mouse basic construction isnât up to the sturdy quality of the keyboard. The mouse buttons are âspongyâ with no real indent feel; a click registers on button release, not on depression. Takes some getting used to, but manageable. An improved mouse would make this a solid 5-star rating. The CONâs are pretty minor compared to the ability to support a complex integration. Impressive andâespecially if youâre dealing with anything like my situationâstrongly recommended for consideration.
